Shoppers Stop Ltd - Calicut

I am very impressed with the staff behaviour during my visit yesterday night calicut, hilite mall store.. I was in a hurry and running out of time to purchase a gift. Even though the store was still running office hours, I felt completely comfortable and welcomed. Usually, at such times, staff may not seem happy or may not make customers feel at ease. But my experience was different because of a particular staff member from the Home section, I asked his name after the purchase .. Naushif or nasif (I hope I have remembered the name correctly). He was extremely polite, cooperative, and patient. He helped me to select products, checked offers for each item, and even ran to the counter multiple times whenever I asked whether a product had an offer. I myself told him that I might be disturbing him repeatedly, but he replied very kindly that it was part of his job and that there was no disturbance at all. I honestly lost count of how many times he went to the counter just to confirm offers for me. Staff members like him are truly valuable and very much needed for any business. Usually, when we visit stores, some staff members approach us after the purchase and ask us to leave a Google review, mentioning their name. I initially thought his politeness might be for that reason as well. However, even after completing the purchase, he never asked me to post a review or mentioned his name. He even came to the counter while billing the products, but still did not ask for any review. That genuinely surprised me. Finally, I myself asked his name and informed him that I would be posting a review on Google. I am not someone who usually posts Google reviews, but this experience genuinely made me feel like sharing. I made my purchase last night and left the store feeling very satisfied.
