I recently visited the Shoppers Stop store in Agartala. The staff behaviour and overall service were good, but there was one thing I didn’t like. While shopping, most customers prefer a peaceful and comfortable experience. However, the staff kept walking beside us constantly, and every time we touched something, they immediately came over to explain the product. Sometimes shoppers simply want to browse quietly on their own. It would be better if a personal shopper or assistance is provided only when a customer asks for it. Otherwise, it becomes quite annoying and affects the shopping experience.
