    I would like to sincerely appreciate Mr. Sarath from Shoppers Stop for his exceptional customer service. I needed 25 watches for gifting on very short notice. Sarath went above and beyond to make it happen. He coordinated efficiently with the warehouse, helped me select the watches, arranged everything on time, beautifully packed all 25 gifts, and even delivered them to my home after his working hours. His dedication, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire experience stress-free and memorable.
