Visited India recently and was in Chennai, Tamil Nadu for shopping before heading back to Malaysia. I was quite pleased with the customer service here. Couple of staffs are very attentive to us and to our requirements (I wish I asked their names to highlight here). I was particularly impressed with Deepak M. Very professional and made sure my demands were met and followed by appropriate suggestions as well. Happy to see such level of dedication, well display of professionalism and manners.
