    Few weeks before I went for some shopping to Shoppers stop that is on BG road and after shopping I observed that my chain with pendant was missing. I found the chain the same day in the shop but pendant was still missing. I had kept the Customer care informed to let me know if they found it in the shop. Couple of days later they allowed me to have a look at the CCTV footage with proper Govt. official approval as per their process but still couldn’t find any clue. Later the staff did their best to search again after showroom closure timing and the next day I was so happy to hear that they found the pendant and I collected it. Sorry for the trouble and my sincere thanks to each and every staff members who were behind this search and found my valuable jewellery.
