    I always have a good experience shopping at Shoppers Stop here. The staff are always friendly, willing to help, especially Surabhi Sharma, and the male staff at the men's Puma and Adidas, as well the female staff at the linen clothes (sorry I forgot the names!). The watches staff were great too.

My order has been shipped. How can I cancel it now?

Once the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. However, we shall forward your request to our courier partner and try and return the order. In the interim, if the products are out for delivery, we request you to refuse the shipment.
