A wonderful shopping experience at Shoppers Stop! Special thanks to Ms. Maithilee from Allen Solly and Ms. Nikita from Van Heusen who went out of the way to help me choose office wear as per my requirement. Maithilee was very observant and even spotted that I had missed the Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer and promptly brought it to my attention. That truly shows their honesty. The personal touch and excellent customer service clearly reflect the great training provided to them, and how well they use it to satisfy customers. Also, my interaction with Mr. Anand at Personal Shopper was very pleasant — he supported me well, explained the membership benefits clearly and answered all my queries very politely. Kudos to the entire team for making shopping such a delightful experience. Highly recommended!

Can I return products in case I do not like them?

We make every effort to ensure that customers receive adequate information about the products that we sell on Shoppers Stop. Once you have received the exact products ordered and they do not qualify for returns for any of the reasons stated below, you cannot return products once purchased and received.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes, you can. Shoppers Stop has an Easy 15 Day Return Policy and you can initiate a return/replacement for any individual item or at an item level if you have ordered multiple items. Returns/Replacements are currently accepted only in the following cases: Close to Expiry - <6 months

My order has been shipped. How can I cancel it now?

Once the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. However, we shall forward your request to our courier partner and try and return the order. In the interim, if the products are out for delivery, we request you to refuse the shipment. The refund for the returned shipment (RTO) will be processed within two working days from the date the shipment is delivered to our Stores or warehouse. The refund for prepaid orders will be credited back to you in the same payment mode you used to place the order.
