Where can I check my order status?

You can check your order status by logging on to www.shoppersstop.com.in or the Shoppers stop App. Once logged in, please click on the Account icon on the right-hand side of the footer on the App or the top right-hand corner of the website. Your order status can be viewed by clicking Account -> My Orders

Can I return products in case I do not like them?

We make every effort to ensure that customers receive adequate information about the products that we sell on Shoppers Stop. Once you have received the exact products ordered and they do not qualify for returns for any of the reasons stated below, you cannot return products once purchased and received.

Can I return products in case I do not like them?

Can I return part of my order?

Yes, you can. Shoppers Stop has an Easy 15 Day Return Policy and you can initiate a return/replacement for any individual item or at an item level if you have ordered multiple items. Returns/Replacements are currently accepted only in the following cases: Close to Expiry - <6 months
Expired Product Received
Damaged Product received
Defective Product received
Price Mismatch – Billed Amount vs Physical Product Received
Wrong Product received
Apart from the above reasons, we shall not accept any return.

Will shipping charges get refunded for a cancelled order?

We will refund the entire order value on cancelation of your order.

Will I get shipping charges refunded if I return the product?

Yes, the applicable shipping amount will be refunded back to you.

What payment modes can be used while placing an order?

There are multiple payment. options customers can choose from before proceeding with order placement. These options include Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, other Wallets, UPI, Shoppers Stop Wallet, Gift Cards, E-Gift Vouchers and Loyalty Card payment

What should I do if my payment has failed?

In case of a failed transaction the amount is auto refunded the same day. However, it will be credited back to you as per the timelines shared by the bank/card policy.

What is the SS Wallet?

The SS wallet is a wallet where can save multiple E-Gift vouchers/Gift Cards. These can then be redeemed against purchases made at stores as well as on www.shoppersstop.com

How can I activate my Wallet?

I want to know about EMI payment options?

EMI options via Credit Cards are a convenient payment option that you can choose to opt for. You can pay in easy instalments via the credit card issued by the bank. The option is available only on credit cards issued by the following banks: Bank names to come here once the EMI option is enabled
This EMI option is facilitated by the bank issuing the credit card. The EMI eligibility, payment plan and refund rules are solely on the internal discretion and approvals of the issuing bank.

Is there any price difference between the product purchased from Shoppersstop.com and the Stores?

For the most part, the price of products sold across all our channels is the same. However, there may be some differences during special promotions or events running on specific channels on a specific date and/or time.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, first log in with your registered mobile number/email ID. Select the product(s) of your choice Add the product(s) to your Bag Click on the Bag icon on the header Choose the delivery option as per your convenience and PIN code Click Checkout

My order has been shipped. How can I cancel it now?

Once the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. However, we shall forward your request to our courier partner and try and return the order. In the interim, if the products are out for delivery, we request you to refuse the shipment. The refund for the returned shipment (RTO) will be processed within two working days from the date the shipment is delivered to our Stores or warehouse. The refund for prepaid orders will be credited back to you in the same payment mode you used to place the order.

You can buy a Gift card or E-Gift Voucher by visiting your Shoppers Stop Store or by shopping online on www.shoppersstop.com You will receive a physical card when you purchase a Gift Card. If you purchase this at a Store, it will behanded over to you by the cashier after your billing is complete. If it is purchased online, it will be sent to the delivery address mentioned by you while placing the order.
If you purchase an E-Gift Voucher, the details will be sent to the recipient’s email ID as specified by you while placing the order or as disclosed to the cashier at the time of billing.

I have received a few Voucher codes. How can I place an order using the same?

You can apply the received Voucher code in the “Coupon code” section provided on the Shopping Bag page during checkout and avail the discount.
