Shoppers Stop Ltd - Vasant Kunj

I visited Shopper’s Stop with my sister to buy Bobbi Brown or Estée Lauder products, as these brands were suggested to me. However, I was very confused about which products would suit me best. I had previously tried shopping from Tira and Nykaa, but I was not satisfied with their service at all, and my past experience was quite bad. At Shopper’s Stop, I was greeted by Lalit from the NARS counter. He is a very nice person with extremely polite and professional behavior. He patiently listened to my concerns, understood my requirements, and introduced me to the NARS brand, which I had never tried or even heard about before. He explained the brand in detail, applied makeup on me, and shared many useful makeup tips.❤️ Even after the store was about to close and there were no other customers, he still stayed back just to help us. The DM of the store, Manuj, was also very supportive and helpful throughout the experience.🌠☺️ Although my sister later informed me about some better offers on Nykaa, so I decided not to purchase at that moment, Lalit and Manuj still treated me with great respect and kindness. The next morning, I again visited my nearest Nykaa store for the same products, but once again I was not satisfied with their service. I then called Lalit at 10 AM, and he still came specially for me and arranged all the products I needed. My overall experience at Shopper’s Stop was truly amazing.🤩 I am very impressed with Lalit’s service and professionalism. Special thanks to Manuj and Lalit for such a wonderful experience!😇😌
