Special thanks to Ms. Maithilee from Allen Solly and Ms. Nikita from Van Heusen who went out of the way to help me choose office wear as per my requirement. Maithilee was very observant and even spotted that I had missed the Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer and promptly brought it to my attention. That truly shows their honesty. The personal touch and excellent customer service clearly reflect the great training provided to them, and how well they use it to satisfy customers. Also, my interaction with Mr. Anand at Personal Shopper was very pleasant — he supported me well, explained the membership benefits clearly and answered all my queries very politely.
