This EMI option is facilitated by the bank issuing the credit card. The EMI eligibility, payment plan and refund rules are solely on the internal discretion and approvals of the issuing bank.

My order has been shipped. How can I cancel it now?

Once the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. However, we shall forward your request to our courier partner and try and return the order. In the interim, if the products are out for delivery, we request you to refuse the shipment. The refund for the returned shipment (RTO) will be processed within two working days from the date the shipment is delivered to our Stores or warehouse. The refund for prepaid orders will be credited back to you in the same payment mode you used to place the order.

If you purchase this at a Store, it will behanded over to you by the cashier after your billing is complete. If it is purchased online, it will be sent to the delivery address mentioned by you while placing the order.
If you purchase an E-Gift Voucher, the details will be sent to the recipient’s email ID as specified by you while placing the order or as disclosed to the cashier at the time of billing.
